That’s why I offer a private gym space where you can learn in a comfortable, stress-free environment, free from crowds or distractions.

 

In this one-to-one session, I’ll guide you through key pieces of equipment, showing you how to use them safely and effectively so you can feel confident in your movements. Whether you’re completely new to the gym or just want to build familiarity before starting your programme, this session will give you the knowledge and reassurance to take that first step with ease.

What to Expect:

  • Cable Machine – Setup and effective exercises

  • Lat Pulldown – Proper form and muscle activation

  • Bench Press – Safe technique and variations

  • Smith Machine – How to use it confidently

  • Dumbbells – How to use free weights for a full-body workout

  • Barbell Basics – Introduction to using a barbell for compound lifts

  • Resistance Bands – How to incorporate them for activation and assistance

  • Rowing Machine – Technique for building endurance and back strength
